Our enduring success is guided by a dedicated volunteer leadership team with oversight of the DeWitt Area Recreation Authority. Together, we ensure every aspect of the Miracle League fosters growth, joy, and lasting impact for our community.

Chad Stevens
Executive Director, Dewitt Recreation
Chad brings over two decades of experience in community recreation, leading youth and family-focused programs and collaborating with local partners to support mental health and wellness. As a long-time volunteer and committee chair within the Michigan Recreation and Park Association (mParks), he is known for his practical leadership and commitment to service. Chad is also the junior varsity baseball coach at Lansing Eastern High School.

Vicki Caine
League + Special Events Director
A retired pediatric physical therapist, Vicki has dedicated her career and personal passion to facilitating the full potential of individuals with disabilities. She was instrumental in establishing The Miracle Field and, since 2012, serves as the MLMM League Director. Vicki especially loves organizing community events, like the spring/fall games with the MSU baseball and accessible holiday celebrations. She finds joy in witnessing the miracles on our field every season.

JP Jackson
Fundraising + League Management Support
JP is a retired State of Michigan technology manager with a strong past in advocacy as President of Easter Seals of Mid-Michigan, board member of United Cerebral Palsy of Lansing, and Parks, Recreation and Cemeteries Commissioner for Delta Township. JP is a 9-year volunteer and coach for The Miracle League and resides in DeWitt with his wife Karen.

Gloria Treviño
Lead, Digital Content & Community Engagement

You can catch Gloria cheering on her teenage POWER hitter on nights the Nationals play! Gloria is the founder of TheraPLAYoga and is specialized in therapeutic movement and sensory mindfulness for individuals and families affected by physical, intellectual, developmental, and neurodevelopment disabilities, chronic conditions and stress. She is a passionate advocate for anti-ableism, trauma-sensitive care, and mental wellness for individuals and families with complex needs.

Gary Parker
League Management Support
Gary graduated from Michigan State University in 1996 and relocated to Florida in 2000. In 2007 he joined the inaugural Board of Directors of the Miracle League of Minnesota. Over the next 5 years he and the board worked toward the Phase I goal of building a full-sized Miracle League field. This dream was realized with the inaugural season being Spring 2012. Concurrently, Gary was a member of the Rotary Club of Lakewood Ranch. He moved back to Michigan in 2020 and volunteers as Coach of the Nationals for The Miracle League of Mid-Michigan.

Ilah Coe
Program Coordinator Special Populations, Dewitt Recreation
A 2011 Marshall University alumna, Ilah is dedicated to adaptive recreation. She's spent eight years developing one of Michigan's largest All Star CheerAbilities programs, coaching a novice team and twice leading the elite team to the Cheerleading Worlds. As a Program Coordinator at DARA, she organizes inclusive activities for teens and adults with disabilities, such as social nights and art classes. Excited to join MLMM, Ilah values the growth and relationships built through programs like the buddy system, which promotes understanding and inclusivity.
